CYBERJAYA, April 16 — The National Institute of Entrepreneurship (Insken) aims to train 10,000 entrepreneurs this year, up from 9,700 trained last year nationwide, said Entrepreneur Development and Cooperatives Minister Datuk Ewon Benedick.
